Tracey graduated from Macquarie University, is a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers NSW, and is also a Justice of the Peace. Having received invaluable conveyancing and property law experience through mentoring by lawyers in her previous employment, you can be assured of the best attention to detail in all matters of conveyancing.
Tracey has lived on the Central Coast for more than twenty years, having moved from country NSW in 2003. She is grateful for the opportunity to live and work in such a beautiful area, enjoying the amazing beachside lifestyle with her family and friends.
Hollie Morton
Hollie joined the Tracey Fletcher Conveyancing team in mid-2021, bringing valuable experience from her previous role at a prominent law firm on the Central Coast.
Hollie is currently studying Conveyancing Law & Practice at Macquarie University and will soon obtain her Conveyancing Licence. In the meantime, she collaborates closely with Tracey to ensure every aspect of your property purchase or sale proceeds smoothly.
Hollie's passion for her role and her dedication make her an invaluable asset to our growing business. Her bubbly and enthusiastic attitude adds a positive energy to our team.
Hollie has lived on the Central Coast her entire life. You will find her spending time with her children, watching them play sport from one end of the Coast to the other, trying out different cafes, or simply enjoying a walk on one of the many beautiful beaches the Coast has to offer.
